摘要
目的观察助产士主导的连续性护理模式在初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月在南京市第一医院产科接受分娩的80例初产妇,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,给予常规护理)及观察组(n=40,给予助产士主导的连续性护理模式)。比较两组剖宫产率、产程及分娩体验感。结果观察组剖宫产率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一、第二、第三产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自身能力、专业支持、安全感知、参与性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士主导的连续性护理模式在初产妇中的应用效果较好,能够降低剖宫产率,改善分娩体验感,缩短产程,可为优化产科护理提供参考。
Objective To observe the application effect of midwives dominated continuous nursing model in primiparas.Methods A total of 80 primiparas who received delivery in the Department of Obstetrics of Nanjing First Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40,given routine nursing)and the observation group(n=40,given midwives dominated continuous nursing mode)according to the random number table method.The cesarean section rate,labor process and delivery experience were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of own ability,professional support,safety perception and participation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwives dominated continuous nursing mode in primiparas has a good effect,which can reduce the cesarean section rate,improve the delivery experience and shorten the stages of labor,which can provide a reference for optimizing obstetric nursing.
