摘要
有机磷类农药(OPs)因其高效、广谱的杀虫作用在农业生产中被广泛使用,但其残留问题对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁。因此,开发高效、灵敏、快速的检测方法对于保障食品安全和生态环境至关重要。荧光分析方法因其高灵敏度、操作简便、实时检测能力强等优势,在OPs检测领域得到了广泛应用。本文综述了OPs荧光检测的主要方法,包括基于酶抑制作用、水解反应以及直接荧光探针的检测策略,并重点介绍了比率荧光传感技术在OPs可视化检测中的应用。通过对不同检测方法的比较分析,本文探讨了当前研究的挑战和发展方向,为新型OPs荧光检测技术的优化与创新提供参考。
Organophosphorus pesticides(OPs)are widely used in agriculture due to their high efficiency and broad-spectrum insecticidal properties.However,their residues pose significant threats to the environment and human health.Therefore,developing efficient,sensitive,and rapid detection methods is crucial for ensuring food safety and environmental protection.Fluorescence-based detection has gained widespread attention due to its high sensitivity,simple operation,and real-time monitoring capabilities.This review summarizes the main fluorescence detection strategies for OPs,including enzyme inhibition-based methods,hydrolysis-based approaches,and direct fluorescent probe techniques,with a particular focus on the application of ratiometric fluorescence sensors for visual OPs detection.By comparing different detection methods,this study discusses current challenges and future directions,providing insights into the optimization and innovation of novel fluorescence-based OPs detection technologies.
