摘要
以煤矿单轨吊安全运行为研究对象,采用专利数据分析方法构建技术框架,基于Himmpat全球专利库筛选多项关键专利,结合技术图谱分析方法,系统梳理当前技术发展现状与未来趋势。研究发现单轨吊安全运行关键技术集中在核心执行系统、斜坡运行技术、轨道系统技术和安全驾驶技术4个领域,技术演变呈现3个特征:安全保护从被动应对转向多数据结合的主动防护;智能控制朝着无人操作、自动避障和智能调配方向发展;节能方面重点关注清洁能源使用和驱动部数量的动态调节。研究表明,单轨吊技术发展呈现出以下特征:驱动系统正朝着高效节能方向升级;制动系统通过多重备份设计保障运行安全;针对陡坡及极端工况构建了多级保护机制;智能化水平也从人工操控逐步向无人化及人工智能应用升级。未来研究应重点突破智能协同闭环控制、多层级安全防护系统构建及数据驱动的预测性管理等领域。研究内容可为设备改进、行业规范制定和研发重点选择提供参考。
Taking the safe operation of coal mine monorail crane as the research object,the patent data analysis method is used to build the technical framework,and several key patents are screened based on the Himmpat global patent library.Combined with the technical mapping,the current technical development status and future trend are analyzed.The research shows that the key technologies for safe operation of monorail crane are concentrated in four fields:core execution system,slope operation technology,track system technology and safe driving technology.And the technical evolution presents three characteristics:safety protection changes from passive response to active protection combining multi-data;intelligent control is developing towards unmanned operation,automatic obstacle avoidance and intelligent deployment;energy conservation focuses on the use of clean energy and the dynamic regulation of the number of driving parts.The research shows that the development of monorail crane technology presents the following characteristics:the driving system is upgrading towards high efficiency and energy saving;The brake system ensures safe operation through multiple backup design;A multi-level protection mechanism is established for steep slopes and extreme working conditions;The intelligence level is gradually shifted from manual control to unmanned and AI application.Future research shall focus on intelligent collaborative closed-loop control,multi-level security protection system construction and data driven predictive management.The research contents can provide reference for equipment improvement,industry specification development and R&D focus selection.
