摘要
随着工业技术的不断进步,传统的机电设备运行维护方法已经无法满足现代化生产对高效性和可靠性的需求。为提高机电设备运行维护效率,文中首先探讨了智能化技术在机电设备运行维护中的运用优势,其次分析了关键智能化技术,最后探讨了智能化技术在机电设备维护中的具体运用措施,实现了提高设备效率、降低运营成本以及延长设备寿命的目标,以此为相关人员提供实践参考。
With the continuous advancement of industrial technology,traditional methods of operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment can no longer meet the requirements of modern production for efficiency and reliability.In order to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment,this paper first explores the advantages of intelligent technology in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.Secondly,key intelligent technologies are analyzed.Finally,specific measures for the application of intelligent technology in electromechanical equipment maintenance are discussed,achieving the goals of improving equipment efficiency,reducing operating costs,and extending equipment life.This provides practical reference for relevant personnel.
