摘要
文中介绍了一种基于YoloV5技术的棉花病虫害及微环境监测系统,旨在解决新疆棉花种植过程中的水资源紧张、地膜残留污染、病虫害防治和生态环境保护等问题。系统集成了物联网和人工智能技术,利用土壤温湿度传感器、空气温湿度传感器、光照度传感器等监测棉花种植环境,实现灌溉自动化和病虫害识别。物联网中心网关负责数据采集、协议转换和预处理,通过MQTT协议将数据上传至云平台,且用户可在平台上设置阈值并实现自动化控制。系统还应用了太阳能监控供电系统和联动控制器,确保了设备运行的稳定性。软件部分使用Python开发,结合图像处理库和PyQt5创建跨平台桌面应用,实现数据监测、图像监测和病虫害识别。YoloV5则用于识别棉花病症,通过图像预处理和目标检测算法,实现高精度的病虫害识别。测试结果显示,该系统能有效监测传感器数据并控制执行设备,病虫害识别功能也能准确标记检测结果,为新疆棉花种植提供了一个高效、自动化的监测解决方案。
This paper introduces a cotton pest and disease and micro-environment monitoring system based on YoloV5 technology,which aims to solve the problems of water shortage,plastic film residual pollution,pest control and ecological environment protection in the process of cotton planting in Xinjiang.The system integrates the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology.It uses soil temperature and humidity sensors,air temperature and humidity sensors,light level sensors,etc.to monitor the cotton planting environment,and realizes irrigation automation and pest identification.The IoT central gateway is responsible for data collection,protocol conversion and pre-processing.The data is uploaded to the cloud platform through the MQTT protocol,and users can set thresholds and realize automatic control on the platform.The system also applies a solar monitoring power supply system and linkage controller to ensure the stability of the equipment operation.The software part is developed using Python,combined with the image processing library and PyQt5 to create a cross-platform desktop application to realize data monitoring,image monitoring and pest recognition.YoloV5 is used to identify cotton diseases,and achieve highprecision pest recognition through image preprocessing and object detection algorithms.The test results show that the system can effectively monitor sensor data and control the execution equipment.The pest recognition function can also accurately mark the detection results,providing an efficient and automated monitoring solution for cotton cultivation in Xinjiang.
