摘要
目的 深入剖析口腔种植项目价格专项治理前后口腔种植患者门诊费用的变化,为口腔医疗服务价格管理及政策优化提供参考。方法 回顾性收集口腔种植专项治理前后口腔种植患者的门诊费用清单数据,包括种植体、基台、牙冠、手术费、治疗费及其他相关费用明细,应用专业软件对口腔种植专项治理前后费用数据进行统计分析等。采用Excel 2003对患者的例均费用及费用构成进行描述性对比分析。结果 专项治理后患者门诊例均总费用由22 266.14元降至12 139.74元,降幅显著,患者的费用构成发生变化,材料费占比减少6.6%,手术费占比增加7.14%,材料费主要是种植体与牙冠费用降幅明显,手术及其他费用有不同程度调整,费用结构趋于合理。结论 价格专项治理有效降低患者负担,优化费用构成,但仍需持续监管以保障政策长期效益与口腔医疗服务质量。
Objectives This study aims to analyze the changes in outpatient expenses of oral implant patients before and after the special price regulation of oral implant projects,and to provide a reference for the price management and policy optimization of oral medical services.Methods The outpatient expense list data of oral implant patients before and after special treatment for oral implants were collected retrospectively,including details of implants,abutments,crowns,surgical fees,treatment fees and other related expenses.Professional sofware was used to perform statistical analysis on the expense data before and after special treatment for oral implants.Excel 2003 was used to conduct a descriptive comparative analysis of the average cost per patient and its composition.Results After the special treatment,the average outpatient cost per patient dropped from 22,266.14 yuan to 12,139.74 yuan,a significant decrease.The cost structure of patients changed,with material costs decreasing by 6.6%and surgical costs increasing by 7.14%.The material costs,mainly implants and crowns,dropped significantly,while surgical and other costs adjusted to varying degrees,and the cost structure became more reasonable.Conclusions Special price management measures have effectively reduced the burden on patients and optimized the cost structure,but continuous supervision is still needed to ensure the long-term benefits of the policy and the quality of oral medical services.
