质子治疗系统智能化运维管理平台的建设与应用

摘要 目的为优化国产首台质子治疗系统SAPT-PS-01运维的可靠性与效率,系统化论证基于工业物联网架构整合大数据分析与数字化技术的智能化运维管理平台建设方案,验证其技术可行性与工程适用性。方法建立基于“数据驱动+模型驱动”的智能化运维系统架构,针对质子治疗系统设备运行与维护数据建立多源异构数据清洗与特征提取模型;开发工业级可视化界面实现运维数据动态监控;基于长短期记忆网络(LSTM)与随机森林算法构建故障分析与预测模型,实现关键部件寿命预测;构建集成运维管理平台实现备件、数据与故障流程闭环管理。结果完成了面向质子治疗系统的综合型数字化智能运维管理平台的构建。结论通过构建智能化运维管理平台,有效地提升了质子治疗系统的可靠性与运维效率,可为质子治疗系统以及同类型装置的高效与安全运维提供技术参考。 Objective To optimize the reliability and efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the first domestically produced proton therapy system SAPT-PS-01,to systematically demonstrate the construction scheme of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on industrial Internet of things architecture integrating big data analysis and digital technology,and to verify its technical feasibility and engineering applicability.Methods With the establishment of an intelligent operation and maintenance system architecture based on"data-driven+model driven",a multi-source heterogeneous data cleaning and feature extraction model was established for the operation and maintenance data of proton therapy system equipment;A visual interface with industrial grade was developed to achieve dynamic monitoring of operation and maintenance data;Based on long short-term memorg(LSTM)and random forest algorithm,the fault analysis and prediction model was constructed,which realized the service life prediction of critical components.The closed-loop management of spare parts,data and fault processes was realized through building the integrated operation and maintenance management platform.Results The construction of a comprehensive digital intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for proton therapy systems was completed.Conclusion With the construction of an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform,the reliability and efficiency for operation and maintenance of the proton therapy system were effectively enhanced,providing technical references for the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of the proton therapy system and similar devices.
