Objective:To observe the effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Tablets combined with rivastigmine in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group, with 39 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with rivastigmine, and the study group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract tablets in addition. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of ADL,MoCA and MMSE in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The CBV and CBF values of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, while the MTT value was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum VEGF,NO and bFGF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, while the level of ET-1 was lower than that before treatment, and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum AOPP and MDA in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, while the levels of T-AOC and GSH-Px were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Biloba Extract Tablets combined with rivastigmine is effective in the treatment of VCI.
