摘要
城市综合管廊中燃气管道与其他市政管线的空间碰撞问题,直接关乎城市公共安全与施工效率。传统二维设计及碰撞检测方法存在效率低、隐蔽冲突易遗漏等缺陷,而现有BIM算法在处理复杂管廊环境时,亦面临计算效率与动态适应性不足的挑战。针对燃气管道高压、易燃的特殊性,提出一种“层次包围盒-动态空间分解”混合算法模型:通过初始包围盒快速筛选非碰撞管线,再结合动态网格细化检测潜在冲突,并集成施工误差参数与多专业协同规则库,实现碰撞检测的精准化与动态化。
The spatial collision problem between gas pipelines and other municipal pipelines in urban comprehensive pipe galleries directly affects urban public safety and construction efficiency.Traditional 2D design and collision detection methods have shortcomings such as low efficiency and easy omission of hidden conflicts,while existing BIM algorithms also face challenges of insufficient computational efficiency and dynamic adaptability when dealing with complex pipe gallery environments.A hybrid algorithm model of“hierarchical bounding box dynamic spatial decomposition”is proposed for the special characteristics of gas pipelines:noncollision pipelines are quickly screened through the initial bounding box,and potential conflicts are detected through dynamic grid refinement.The construction error parameters and multi-disciplinary collaborative rule library are integrated to achieve precise and dynamic collision detection.
