摘要
我国化工行业在推动经济发展、满足社会需求方面发挥着重要作用,但同时也面临着一系列安全问题。化工设计的安全风险考量与管理在提升化工行业的安全生产水平方面起着至关重要的作用。其中,多种创新软件和技术的应用起到举足轻重的作用,结合参加化工设计竞赛的实践,阐述安全设计中有害大气区域定位系统(Areal Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres,ALOHA)、危险与可操作性分析(Hazard and Operability Study,HAZOP)、比例-积分-微分控制(Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control,PID)流程控制分析等技术和软件进行安全风险考量与管理。通过优化过程控制和加强风险管理,能够有效的预防和减少化工企业事故的发生,保障生产安全和经济效益。
China's chemical industry plays an important role in promoting economic development and meeting social needs,but it also faces a series of safety problems.The safety risk consideration and management of chemical design plays a vital role in improving the safety level of chemical industry.Among them,the application of a variety of innovative software and technology has played a pivotal role,combined with the practice of participating in the chemical design competition,the ALOHA analysis,HAZOP analysis,PID process control analysis and other technologies and software in safety design for safety risk consideration and management.By optimizing process control and strengthening risk management,accidents in chemical enterprises can be effectively prevented and reduced,and production safety and economic benefits can be guaranteed.
