摘要
对苯醌是一种重要的化工和医药中间体,苯酚催化氧化法是近年来的研究热点,主要集中双氧水氧化工艺的研究上,但氧气氧化工艺研究较少。针对传统的氧气氧化工艺存在粉末状催化剂难回收的缺陷,采用负载型催化剂,以氯化铜为催化剂,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)为载体,最优的负载催化剂制备条件为:浸渍比10,浸渍液质量分数5%,浸渍时间4 h,浸渍温度60℃。苯酚转化率36.12%,对苯醌选择性82.28%,负载催化剂的活性优于粉末状催化剂,且催化剂易于回收利用。
P-benzoquinone is an important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate,and phenol catalytic oxidation is a research hot spot in recent years,mainly focusing on the research of hydrogen peroxide oxidation process,but there is little research on oxygen oxidation process.The traditional oxygen oxidation process has the defect that powdered catalysts are difficult to recycle.A phenol catalytic oxidation synthesis process of p-benzoquinone is proposed,with copper chloride as the catalyst andγ-Al2O3 as the carrier,and the optimal preparation conditions of the supported catalyst are:impregnation ratio 10,impregnation solution mass fraction 5%,impregnation time 4 h,and impregnation temperature 60℃.The conversion rate of phenol is 36.12%,the selectivity of p-benzoquinone is 82.28%,the activity of the supported catalyst is better than that of the powder catalyst,and the catalyst is easy to recycle.
