摘要
对壳聚糖(Chitosan,CS)的羟基进行氨基化/羧基化修饰,以提升其水溶性并增强抗菌性能。结果表明,改性后得到的氨基化壳聚糖(CS-NH_(2))和羧基化壳聚糖(CS-COOH)在pH=5.0、pH=7.0和pH=9.0条件下均具有良好的水溶性。相比于CS,CS-NH_(2)和CS-COOH在中性条件下具有更好的抑菌效果。此外,CS-NH_(2)的MIC(质量分数0.03%)要比CS-COOH的MIC(质量分数0.05%)低。
Chitosan(CS)was modified via amination/carboxylation of its hydroxyl groups to improve water solubility and enhance antibacterial activity.The results showed that the modified aminated chitosan(CS-NH2)and carboxylated chitosan(CS-COOH)exhibited good water solubility under pH conditions of 5.0,7.0,and 9.0.Compared to CS,CS-NH2 and CS-COOH had better antibacterial effects under neutral conditions.Moreover,the MIC(mass fraction of 0.03%)of CS-NH2 was lower than that of CS-COOH(mass fraction of 0.05%).
