基于点云数据的福州古厝数字重建研究

摘要 福州古厝作为闽派传统建筑的代表,具有深厚的历史文化价值。针对古厝图纸缺失、建模工作量繁杂、模型精度不足等问题,文章以福州市梁厝村梁本韬宅为研究对象,通过三维激光扫描、倾斜摄影测量、BIM等技术构建高精度的三维模型,实现古厝结构的精确还原。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效提升古厝数字重建的效率与精度,为文化遗产的数字化保护与传承提供了技术路径。本次研究不仅为福州古厝的保护和研究提供了科学依据,也为其他传统建筑的数字重建提供了参考。 Fuzhou ancient houses,as representative examples of the Min style architecture,possess significant historical and cultural value.To address challenges such as the lack of original architectural drawings,the complexity of modeling processes,and inadequate model precision,this study focuses on the Liang Bentao Residence in Liangcuo Village,Fuzhou.Utilizing technologies including 3D laser scanning,oblique photogrammetry,and Building Information Modeling(BIM),a high-precision three-dimensional model was constructed to accurately restore the structure of the ancient house.The results demonstrate that this approach significantly enhances both the efficiency and accuracy of digital reconstruction,offering a technical solution for the digital preservation and transmission of cultural heritage.This research provides a scientific foundation for the protection and study of Fuzhou's ancient houses and serves as a reference for the digital reconstruction of other traditional buildings.
