摘要
本次研究旨在探讨“八八战略”指引下绍兴市绿色创新的绩效评估、空间效应及提升路径,为区域绿色转型和生态文明建设提供理论依据和实践指导。研究发现,绿色创新绩效评价内容与方法多样,但区域绿色创新绩效水平的空间格局、关联关系研究较少。绍兴市的绿色创新提升路径包括绿色组织创新和绿色技术创新,其中绿色组织创新涉及企业文化转变、组织学习能力提升和政府绿色政务服务,而绿色技术创新主要有绿色工艺创新和绿色产品创新。绍兴市的案例分析表明,组织创新和技术创新在推动绿色发展方面具有显著成效。政策建议包括培育绿色技术创新主体,加强绿色技术创新体系建设、金融支持与人才培养、产权保护与国际合作,推动绿色消费与绿色供给,完善绿色转型政策体系。
This study investigates the performance evaluation,spatial effects,and improvement pathways of green innovation under the"Eight-Eight Strategy",using Shaoxing as a case study.The findings show that while there are diverse approaches and methods for evaluating green innovation performance,studies focusing on the spatial patterns and interconnections of regional green innovation performance remain limited.The improvement pathways for green innovation in Shaoxing include both green organizational innovation and green technological innovation.Organizational innovation involves transformation of corporate culture,enhancement of organizational learning capabilities,and improvement of government green public services.Technological innovation primarily includes green process innovation and green product innovation.The case of Shaoxing demonstrates that both organizational and technological innovations are effective in driving green development.Policy recommendations include fostering main players in green technological innovation,strengthening the green innovation system,enhancing financial support and talent development,protecting intellectual property rights and promoting international cooperation,encouraging green consumption and supply,and improving the green transformation policy framework.
