摘要
研究旨在探索上海石库门建筑的再生策略,通过空间效能优化与风貌基因协同驱动,解决其在城镇化进程中面临的空间效能失衡、风貌基因异化等核心矛盾。通过核心价值解析、空间效能评估、风貌基因解码,构建多维度评估体系,提出分级再生制度及垂直活化、水平织补等协同路径。同时,构建“效能—基因”协同互馈模型以突破静态保护的局限性,促进石库门从单一物质保存转向功能与文化协同演进的再生模式,为高密度历史街区更新提供理论支持与实践范式。
This study aims to explore the regeneration strategies for Shanghai's Shikumen architecture.By optimizing spatial efficiency and driving through the synergy of style genes,it aims to address the core contradictions such as spatial efficiency imbalance and style gene alienation faced by the architecture during the process of urbanization.Through core value analysis,spatial efficiency assessment,and style gene decoding analysis,a multidimensional evaluation system is constructed,and a four-level classification regeneration system and vertical activation,horizontal patching,and other collaborative paths are proposed.A"efficiency-gene"collaborative feedback model is established to break through the limitations of static protection and promote the transformation of Shikumen from a single material preservation to a regeneration model that integrates function and culture.This provides theoretical support and practical paradigms for the renewal of high-density historical districts.
