摘要
本文借助Citespace软件,从中国房地产的周期变化的角度归纳分析国内相关文献资料,系统性地总结中国城市集合式住宅设计研究发展领域研究的总体特征与演化进程。研究表明,近25年来,中国集合式住宅研究领域成果丰硕,且研究特征阶段性明显。2008年至今,与地产周期的发展规律对照,理论研究与地产实践脱节。新的地产周期要求设计研究与创新的回归。最后对未来城市集合式住宅设计研究的发展作出展望。
This study utilizes Citespace software to systematically analyze domestic literature from the perspective of China's real estate cyclical changes,providing a comprehensive overview of the developmental characteristics and evolutionary process in design research of urban cluster housing.The findings reveal that over the past 25 years,China's cluster housing design research has achieved remarkable progress with distinct phased features.Since 2008,however,theoretical studies have shown a disconnect from real estate market practices when aligned with cyclical patterns.The emerging real estate cycle now demands a return to design innovation and research alignment.Finally,the paper outlines future directions for advancing urban cluster housing design studies.
