摘要
本文以高校“一站式”学生社区建设为背景,深入探讨党团建设与服务学生成长的融合路径。通过分析当前高校“一站式”学生社区党团建设存在的问题,阐述党团建设与服务学生成长融合的重要意义,从组织架构、活动载体、队伍建设、制度保障等方面提出具体融合路径,旨在提升高校“一站式”学生社区育人实效,促进学生全面成长成才,为高校思想政治教育工作创新发展提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the construction of"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities,this paper delves into the integration paths of Party and League building and serving students'growth.By analyzing the existing problems in the Party and League building of current"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities,it expounds the significant meaning of the integration of Party and League building and serving students'growth.It proposes specific integration paths from aspects such as organizational structure,activity carriers,team building,and institutional guarantees,aiming to enhance the educational effectiveness of"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities,promote students'all-round growth and talent development,and provide references for the innovative development of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
