基于LabVIEW的数字示波器自动校准系统

摘要 依据GJB 7691-2012《数字示波器检定规程》开展检定/校准工作时,存在项目较多、数据量较大和易出现人为误差等问题。因此,本文结合实际计量需求,设计了一种基于LabVIEW软件平台的数字示波器自动校准系统程序,通过与9500B示波器校准仪和53230A频率计配合使用,组成符合要求的自动校准系统。经验证,该系统能较好地完成自动控制、数据采集、数据处理及导出证书报告等工作,不仅能提升计量工作效率,而且能使计量工作更加科学规范。 When conducting calibration/verification work according to GJB 7691-2012"Verification Regulations for Digital Oscilloscopes",there are problems such as a large number of items,a large amount of data,and susceptibility to human errors.Therefore,this article combines practical measurement needs and designs a digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system program based on the LabVIEW software platform.By using it in conjunction with the 9500B oscilloscope calibrator and 53230A frequency meter,a compliant automatic calibration system is formed.Throagh verification,the system can effectively complete automatic control,data collection,data processing,and exporting certificate reports,not only improving the efficiency of metrology work,but also making metrology work more scientific and standardized.
