摘要
近年来,表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术与纳米技术有效结合,在生物传感领域成为一种前景可观的新技术。流行病学报告中,临床肾脏疾病患病率逐年增加,SERS技术因其显著优势,被挖掘出在肾脏疾病早期预警及辅助诊断中的分析潜能,常用于对肌酐、尿酸、蛋白质、无机小分子、核酸等各种生物标志物的痕量检测。本文介绍了近5年肾脏疾病研究中利用SERS技术和特点对不同生物样品(如尿液、血液、细胞等)中各种生物标志物痕量分析的一系列工作,为肾脏疾病的快速筛查与诊断治疗提供了一些基础数据,期望为后续SERS技术在肾脏疾病诊疗研究中提供新的思路。
In recent years,surface enhancement Raman scattering(SERS)technology has been effectively combined with nanotechnology,becoming a promising new technology in the field of biosensing.In the epidemiological report,the prevalence of clinical kidney disease is increasing year by year,and SERS technology has been tapped into the analytical potential in early warning and auxiliary diagnosis of kidney disease due to its significant advantages,and is often used for trace detection of various biomarkers such as creatinine,uric acid,protein,inorganic small molecules,nucleic acids,etc.In this review,we summarize research efforts in the past five years that utilize the principles and unique features of SERS technology to analyze trace levels of biomarkers in diverse biological samples(e.g.,urine,blood,cells)for kidney disease studies.This work provides foundational data to support rapid screening,diagnosis,and therapeutic management of renal diseases,while offering novel insights to guide future applications of SERS in clinical research and treatment strategies for kidney-related conditions.
