摘要
文章以生成式AI用户为研究样本,采用访谈方法收集原始材料,运用扎根理论提炼出生成式AI工具用户信息搜寻行为形成路径模型。研究发现,生成式AI工具用户信息搜寻行为的形成路径主要分为用户信息需求感知、生成式AI工具价值感知与选择、生成式AI工具信息检索、检索结果验证与反馈四个阶段;四个阶段中涉及的数字素养主要包含信息意识与信息需求识别、信息搜索工具评估、信息检索与处理、信息评估与整合;涉及的人工智能素养主要包含AI基本认知、生成式AI工具工作原理与功能理解、生成式AI工具查询指令构建与隐私保护意识、生成式AI工具检索结果分析与性能评估;在生成式AI工具用户信息搜寻的过程中,数字素养与人工智能素养起到了重要作用,二者相辅相成,共同构成用户高效、准确获取信息的关键能力。
Exploring the formation path of users’generative AI tool-based information search behavior,from the perspective of digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy,has positive significance for improving the efficiency and experience of information search and optimizing the environment of generative AI technology application.Targeting the users of generative AI,this paper collects original materials through interviews,and develops a formation path model for the information search behavior of generative AI tool users.The study shows that the information seeking behavior of generative AI users is developed through four stages:information demand perception,perceived value and selection of generative AI tool,information retrieval,and verification and feedback of search results.The digital literacy involved in these four stages mainly consists of information awareness and information need identification,information search tool evaluation,information retrieval and processing,and information evaluation and integration;while the AI literacy involved includes basic AI cognition,understanding the working principle and functions of generative AI tools,query instruction construction and privacy awareness,search result analysis and performance evaluation of generative AI tools.Digital literacy and AI literacy which play a crucial role in the process of users'information seeking with generative AI tools complement each other and together constitute the key capabilities of users to obtain information efficiently and accurately.
