摘要
面向人工智能技术与工作场所深度融合的新情境,图书情报人员的情绪反应及诱发因素关系到数字化工作场所中数智技术应用治理效能优化。文章综合参考Beaudry和Pinsonneault的情绪框架,采集社交媒体Reddit图书情报人员的发帖与评论数据,结合BERTopic主题模型与定性分析对文本进行细粒度描述与编码,借助ChatGPT实现23种情感分析,剖析图书情报人员的关注热点,掌握图书情报人员情绪反应及其诱发因素。研究发现,图书情报人员报告了多种复杂情绪,其中威胁相关情绪与人工智能自身能力、社会影响与个人规范期望相关,技术优势增强对机会相关情绪的感知,并发现对怀疑、好奇、困惑情绪的表达。
In the context of the deep integration of artificial intelligence technologies and workplaces,the emotional responses of library and information professionals and the triggering factors are critical for optimizing the governance of intelligent technology applications in the digital workplace.Based on Beaudry and Pinsonneault’s emotion framework and the posts and comments of library and information professionals on the social media platform Reddit,this paper uses BERTopic modeling and qualitative analysis for fine-grained description and coding.Through a sentiment analysis of the 23 pre-defined emotion categories using ChatGPT,it examines what library and information professionals are most concerned about,and identifies their emotional responses and the triggering factors.The results show that library and information professionals exhibit a variety of complex emotions,with threat-related emotions associated with AI capabilities,social influences,and personal normative expectations;technological benefits enhance their perception of opportunity-related emotions;and they also express the emotions such as skepticism,curiosity,and confusion.
