摘要
为充分验证废机油与温拌相结合对沥青流变特性的影响,进而分析温拌废机油再生沥青各性能综合表现,通过温度扫描试验、低温弯曲蠕变试验、多应力蠕变恢复试验对温拌剂、废机油综合处理后的温拌再生沥青进行高温抗变形能力、低温抗裂能力及抵抗持续荷载能力测定,试验发现温拌再生沥青在高温抗变形能力方面优于基质沥青,低温性能表现也好于基质沥青,其抵抗持续荷载变形能力也较为突出,综合性能表现符合沥青路用性能要求。
To thoroughly verify the influence of the combination of waste engine oil with warm mix technoloy on the rheo-logical properties of asphalt,and thereby analyze the comprehensive performance of warm mix waste engine oil-recycle asphalt,temperature sweep test,low-temperature bending beam rheometer test,and multiple stress creep recovery test were conducted to measure the high-temperature deformation resistance,low-tem-perature crack resistance,and resistance to permanent deformation under sustained loading of the asphalt treated with both warm mix agent and waste engine oil.The tests indictated that the warm mix waste engine oil-recycled asphalt exhibited superior high-temperature deformation resistance compared to the base asphalt.Its low-temperature performance was better than that of the base asphalt,and its resistance to permanent de-formation was also excellent.The overall performance met the requirements for asphalt pavement performance.
