摘要
为了解决自然资源资产数据存在的孤岛现象、监管效率低下及响应不及时等问题,提出利用互联网+、“3S”、大数据等现代信息技术,搭建省级国有自然资源资产动态监测监管平台的建设思路。探讨了基于微服务与云容器的弹性服务架构、多源异构国有自然资源资产数据存储和基于WordXML模版的图文报告自动生成等关键技术,建立省级国有自然资源资产数据库,开发具有成果展示、数据管理、统计报表及空间分析等功能的国有自然资源资产动态监测监管平台,让国有自然资源资产全面化、动态化、精细化监测监管,提高国有自然资源资产管理的信息化水平。
In order to solve the problems such as data silos of natural resource assets,low supervision efficiency,and untimely response,the construction idea of building a provincial dynamic monitoring and supervision platform for state-owned natural resource assets by using modern information technologies such as Internet+,“3S”,and big data is proposed.This paper discusses key technologies such as elastic service architecture based on microservices and cloud containers,multi-source heterogeneous data storage of state-owned natural resource assets,and automatic generation of graphic and text reports based on WordXML templates,and establishes a provincial database of state-owned natural resource assets.It develops a dynamic monitoring and supervision platform for state-owned natural resource assets with functions such as achievement display,data management,statistical reports,and spatial analysis to enable comprehensive,dynamic,and refined monitoring and supervision of state-owned natural resource assets and enhance the informatization level of state-owned natural resource asset management.
