摘要
目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理(family-centered care,FCC)对癫痫(epilepsy,EP)患儿依从性、认知功能及恢复效果的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月泉州第一医院收治的60例EP患儿作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同分为FCC组与控制组,每组30例。FCC组采用FCC,控制组采用常规护理。比较两组护理前后治疗依从性、护理效果,以及护理前后全智商(full scale intelligence quotient,FIQ)、言语智商(verbal intelligence quotient,VIQ)、表现智商(performance intelligence quotient,PIQ)、生命质量评分。结果护理后,FCC组治疗依从率高于护理前与控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,FCC组FIQ、VIQ和PIQ评分均高于护理前与控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FCC组护理总有效率高于控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,FCC组身体功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能评分均高于护理前及控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FCC可以有效提升EP患儿对治疗的依从性、认知功能及生命质量,效果显著。
Objective To explore the impact of implementing a family-centered care(FCC)on compliance,cognitive function and recovery effect of children with epilepsy(EP).Methods 60 children with EP admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the FCC group and the control group according to different nursing plans,with 30 cases in each group.The FCC group received FCC,while the control group received routine care.The treatment compliance and nursing effect before and after nursing,as well as the full scale intelligence quotient(FIQ),verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ)and performance intelligence quotient(PIQ),quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the treatment compliance in the FCC groups was higher than that before the nursing care and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the FIQ,VIQ and PIQ scores in the FCC group were higher than those before the nursing care and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the FCC group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the scores of physical functioning,cognitive functioning,emotional functioning and social functioning in the FCC groups were higher than those before the nursing care and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FCC can effectively improve the treatment compliance,cognitive function and quality of life of children with EP,with remarkable effects.
