摘要
不等壁厚油气管道焊接施工是油气输送管道建设的常见内容。由于壁厚突变和内锥孔过渡等结构缺陷,不等壁厚内锥孔环焊缝会导致传统超声检测出现声场畸变、定位偏差等问题,严重影响焊缝检测结果,直接影响管道运营安全。基于相控阵超声检测技术,进行油气管道不等壁厚内锥孔环焊缝的有限元分析和实验验证。结果表明,该方法可以有效提升不等壁厚内锥孔环焊缝的缺陷检出率,进一步保证油漆管道的焊接质量。
The welding construction of oil and gas pipelines with uneven wall thickness is a common content in the construction of oil and gas transportation pipelines.Due to structural defects such as sudden wall thickness changes and internal taper hole transitions,unequal wall thickness internal taper hole circumferential welds can cause problems such as acoustic field distortion and positioning deviation in traditional ultrasonic testing,seriously affecting the results of weld detection and directly affecting pipeline operation safety.Based on phased array ultrasonic testing technology,finite element analysis and experimental verification of circumferential welds with unequal wall thickness inner taper holes in oil and gas pipelines are conducted.The results indicate that this method can effectively improve the defect detection rate of unequal wall thickness inner taper hole circumferential welds,further ensuring the welding quality of painted pipelines.
