摘要
基于城市垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气净化效率提升的需求,针对现有净化设备在脱硝、脱酸、二噁英去除等环节存在的短板,结合典型发电厂案例,对前端臭氧氧化、核心净化单元及后处理设备等方面进行升级改造。实验结果表明,改造后NO_(x)、SO_(2)、HCl及二噁英的去除率显著提升,颗粒物排放降低,能耗减少,系统运行稳定性增强。
In response to the demand for improving the flue gas purification efficiency of urban waste incineration power plants,and in view of the shortcomings of the existing purification equipment in the processes of denitrification,deacidification,and dioxin removal,combined with typical power plant cases,the front-end ozone oxidation,core purification units,and post-treatment equipment are upgraded and renovated.The experimental results show that the removal rates of NO_(x),SO_(2),HCl,and dioxins have been improved after the transformation,with reduced particulate matter emissions,decreased energy consumption,and improved system operation stability.
