摘要
空气预热器(以下简称空预器)为火电厂锅炉系统的关键设备。它的运行效率直接影响机组的经济性与稳定性。聚焦硫酸氢铵积灰引发的差压升高问题,系统分析积灰的特性和剥落机理。研究表明,冷端靠近出口处因温度接近硫酸氢铵露点而沉积最为严重,内部应力变化、温度变化和气流冲刷作用是硫酸氢铵积灰剥落的主要机理。研究成果为火电厂优化空预器运行参数、降低能耗提供了理论支撑,对提升机组长期运行可靠性具有重要的指导意义。
As a key device in the boiler system of thermal power plants,the air preheater's operational efficiency directly affects the economy and stability of the unit.Focus on the problem of increased differential pressure caused by ash accumulation of ammonium bisulfate,and systematically analyze the characteristics and spalling mechanism of the ash accumulation.Studies show that the cold end near the outlet has the most severe deposition due to the temperature being close to the dew point of ammonium bisulfate.Internal stress changes,temperature changes and the scouring effect of gas flow are the main mechanisms for the ash accumulation and spalling of ammonium bisulfate.The research results provide theoretical support for optimizing the operating parameters of air preheaters and reducing energy consumption in thermal power plants,and have important guiding significance for improving the long-term operational reliability of the units.
