摘要
为了提升铁路罐车呼吸式安全阀的试验效率与检测精度,设计一款集拆装模块、试验模块和控制模块于一体的新型试验设备。系统分析传统试验设备在拆装便捷性、压强控制精度及负压模拟能力方面的不足,然后提出改进方案。新型试验设备采用伺服电机驱动下压机构实现快速拆装,结合高精度传感器与闭环控制系统显著提升了测试稳定性与重复性,有效解决了现有试验设备的操作烦琐、数据偏差大等问题。
In order to enhance the testing efficiency and detection accuracy of the breathing safety valve of railway tank cars,a new type of testing equipment integrating disassembly and assembly modules,testing modules and control modules is designed.The system analyzes the deficiencies of traditional test equipment in terms of disassembly and assembly convenience,pressure control accuracy and negative pressure simulation capability,and then proposes improvement plans.The new type of test equipment adopts a servo motor-driven down-pressing mechanism to achieve rapid disassembly and assembly.Combined with high-precision sensors and a closed-loop control system,it significantly enhances the stability and repeatability of the test,effectively solving the problems of cumbersome operation and large data deviation of the existing test equipment.
