摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,社会对口腔医学专业人才的需求也在发生变化,要求高等医学院培养高素质的口腔医学综合型人才,口腔医学专业研究生除了具有很强的专业实践能力,还要有一定的创新精神和创新能力。本文通过对右江民族医学院多年来培养口腔医学专业硕士研究生的现状和困境进行研究,分析现阶段本学院口腔专业硕士研究生科研创新能力培养存在的问题,进一步探讨有助于促进口腔医学研究生创新能力的对策,以提高口腔研究生人才的培养质量。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the society's demand for oral medicine professional talents is also changing.Higher medical colleges are required to cultivate high-quality oral medicine comprehensive talents.In addition to having strong professional practical abilities,graduate students in oral medicine must also have a certain spirit of innovation and innovation ability.This paper studies the current situation and difficulties of Youjiang College of Nationalities and Nationalities in cultivating master's students in oral medicine over the years,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of scientific research innovation capabilities of master's students in oral majors in this college,and further explores countermeasures that help promote the innovative ability of graduate students in oral medicine to improve the quality of training of graduate students in oral medicine.
