摘要
目的:分析小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床疗效及治疗安全性。方法:选取我院2022年1月—2023年3月共200例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率及治疗前后肺功能水平、炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,各项临床症状消失时间及复发率低于对照组,肺功能各项指标及炎症因子各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠可提高肺炎支原体感染患儿临床治疗效果,并在短时间内改善患儿肺部功能,抑制机体炎症因子水平,降低复发率,且联合用药不会增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granules combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 200 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 100 children in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,while the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,lung function level and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group,and the indexes of lung function and inflammatory factors were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in adverse reaction incidence between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules combined with montelukast sodium can improve the clinical treatment effect of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,improve the lung function of children in a short time,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors in the body,reduce the recurrence rate,and the combination will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
