摘要
在当前数字化社会大环境下,数据要素是推动经济转型和社会进步的重要支撑,在赋能新质生产力发展中具有重要作用。数据要素能够通过赋能新型劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象,以及催生新技术,为新质生产力发展注入新动力。然而,成渝地区双城经济圈数据要素发展仍然存在发展整体水平低、发展区域差异大、区域带动弱等问题。为充分发挥成渝地区双城经济圈的带动作用,避免“孤岛效应”,应不断打通数据壁垒,加强数据要素基础设施建设,加快实现区域内数据一体化。同时,将数据分析技术实际应用至城市建设中,进一步提升区域整体竞争力和可持续发展能力。
In the current digitalized social environment,data elements are an important support for economic transformation and social progress,and play an important role in empowering the develop-ment of new quality productivity.Data elements can inject new momentum into the development of new quality productivity by empowering new types of labor,labor materials and labor objects,as well as gen-erating new technologies.However,the development of data elements in the Twin Cities Economic Circle of Chengdu-Chongqing Region still exists problems such as low overall level of development,large regional differences in development,and weak regional drive.In order to give full play to the driv-ing role of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle and avoid the“island effect”,we should continue to open up the data barriers,strengthen the infrastructure of data elements,and accel-erate the realization of intra-regional data integration.At the same time,data analysis technology should be practically applied to urban construction to further enhance the overall competitiveness and sustainable development of the region.ble development of the region.
