摘要
【目的】研究不同土壤改良剂对内蒙古河套灌区向日葵根、茎、叶和土壤中碳、氮、磷含量及其化学计量比的影响,为河套灌区盐碱地的改良提供理论依据。【方法】以向日葵同庆6号为材料,采用大田试验,设置6个处理,分别为:CK(对照),不施用土壤改良剂;BO.22.5 t/hm^(2)生物炭+15 t/hm^(2)有机肥;BF.22.5 t/hm^(2)生物炭+3600 kg/hm^(2)脱硫石膏;BH.22.5 t/hm^(2)生物炭+500 kg/hm^(2)腐殖酸;BC.22.5 t/hm^(2)生物炭+75 kg/hm^(2)复合肥;O.38.8 t/hm^(2)有机肥。于向日葵成熟期,采集植物样品和土壤样品,测定不同处理向日葵根、茎、叶中的C、N、P含量及土壤有机碳、全氮和全磷含量,计算植物和土壤的C:N、C:P、N:P,分析不同处理向日葵根、茎、叶与土壤C:N、C:P、N:P的关系。【结果】与CK相比,不同土壤改良剂处理明显影响了0~20和20~40 cm土层土壤有机碳、全氮和全磷含量及C:N、C:P、N:P。在0~20和20~40 cm土层,与CK相比,BH、BF、O和BO处理土壤有机碳含量均显著增加,BH、BF和BO处理土壤全氮含量均显著增加,BO和BC处理土壤全磷含量显著增加;BF、O和BC处理土壤C:N显著增加,BH、BF和O处理土壤C:P显著增加,BH、O处理土壤N:P显著增加。与CK相比,不同土壤改良剂处理明显影响了向日葵根、茎、叶中的C、N、P含量和C:N、C:P、N:P。与CK相比,不同土壤改良剂处理向日葵根部C、N、P含量总体显著增加;茎中的P含量显著增加;叶中的C含量明显降低,N和P含量总体显著增加。与CK相比,不同土壤改良剂处理向日葵根C:N总体显著下降;BF、BO和BC处理向日葵根的C:P显著增加,O处理显著降低;除了O处理,其余土壤改良剂处理根中的N:P显著增加。与CK相比,BH、O处理向日葵茎中的C:N显著增加,BC处理显著下降;不同土壤改良剂处理向日葵茎中的C:P和N:P值均显著降低。与CK相比,不同土壤改良剂处理向日葵叶中的C:N、C:P和N:P总体显著降低。不同处理向日葵根、茎、叶与土壤C:N、C:P、N:P总体有明显的相关性。【结论】在内蒙古河套灌区,土壤改良剂对向日葵-土壤的碳、氮、磷含量及其化学计量比影响较大,N是向日葵生长的主要限制因子。
【Objective】This research aimed to study the effects of different soil amendments on carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus contents and their stoichiometric ratios in sunflower roots,stems,leaves and soil in Hetao Irrigation District of Inner Mongolia,to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of saline-alkali land in Hetao Irrigation District.【Method】The field experiment was carried out on sunflower Tongqing No.6,and six treatments were set,namely:CK(no soil amendment);BO.(22.5 t/hm^(2) biochar+15 t/hm^(2) organic fertilizer);BF.(22.5 t/hm^(2) biochar+3600 kg/hm^(2) desulfurized gypsum);BH.(22.5 t/hm^(2) biochar+500 kg/hm^(2) humic acid);BC.(22.5 t/hm^(2) biochar+75 kg/hm^(2) compound fertilizer);O.(38.8 t/hm^(2) organic fertilizer).At the maturity stage of sunflower,plant samples and soil samples were collected to determine the contents of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in the roots,stems and leaves of sunflower and the contents of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus.The average C:N,C:P and N:P ratios of plants and soil were calculated,and the relationship between the roots,stems and leaves of sunflower and the C:N,C:P and N:P of soil was analyzed.【Result】Compared with CK,different soil amendments significantly affected the contents of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus and C:N,C:P,N:P in 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers.Compared with CK,the soil organic carbon content of BH,BF,O and BO treatments were increased significantly,the soil total nitrogen content of BH,BF and BO treatments were increased significantly,and the soil total phosphorus content of BO and BC treatments were increased significantly in 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers.The soil C:N ratios of BF,O and BC treatments were increased significantly,the soil C:P ratios of BH,BF and O treatments were increased significantly,and the soil N:P ratios of BH and O treatments were increased significantly.Different soil amendments significantly affected the carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus content and the average C:N,C:P,N:P ratios in sunflower roots,stems and leaves.Compared with CK,the contents of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in sunflower roots were increased significantly with different soil amendments treatment.The content of phosphorus in stems and the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves were increased significantly,while the content of carbon in leaves was decreased significantly.The average C:N ratios of sunflower roots was decreased significantly with different soil amendments treatments.The average C:P ratios of sunflower roots of BF,BO,and BC treatments was increased significantly,while that of treatment O decreased significantly.The average N:P ratios of sunflower roots were increased significantly in all treatments except treatment O.The average C:N ratios in the stems of sunflower in treatment BH and O were increased significantly compared with CK,while that of treatment BC was decreased significantly.The average C:P and N:P ratios in sunflower stems were significantly decreased with different soil amendments treatments.Compared with CK,the average C:N,C:P and N:P ratios in sunflower leaves were decreased significantly.There was a significant correlation between sunflower roots,stems,leaves and soil C:N,C:P,N:P ratios in different treatments.【Conclusion】In the Hetao Irrigation District of Inner Mongolia,soil amendments had a great influence on the carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus content and their stoichiometric ratio of sunflowersoil,and N was the main limiting factor for sunflower growth.
