摘要
利用熔融状态的PP+GF20与天然麻纤维和聚丙烯混合物NFPP毛毡层良好的结合性能以及NFPP毛毡层和亚麻纤维ampliTex^(TM)技术织物基板的组合,实现汽车门板麻纤维装饰条的开发,相对于传统汽车门板上的装饰条,此产品减少了塑料的使用,且实现了一次成型,取消传统工艺后期包覆等步骤,产品成型后的外观满足使用要求,相对于传统全部使用塑料成型的单件产品,此产品实现减轻质量70%及以上。
By utilizing the good bonding performance of the molten PP+GF20 material and natural hemp fiber and polypropylene mixture NFPP felt layer,as well as the combination of NFPP felt lay⁃er and hemp fiber ampliTex™fabric substrate,the development of the subject product was achieved.Compared to traditional decorative strips on automotive door panels,this product signifi⁃cantly reduced the use of plastic and achieved one-step moulding,while eliminating traditional post-processing steps such as coating.The appearance of the product after moulding directly met the usage requirements.For single pieces,compared to traditional products that were entirely moulded with plastic,this product ultimately achieved a weight reduction of 70%or more.
