摘要
阐述了可以实现万向冲压的液压斜楔机构在汽车门内板模具中实施斜上方冲压成形的调试与应用,通过调整2个动力缸的压力偏差,克服不同液路的系统阻尼;同时排空了整个液压系统中的液路气泡,规避了液压冲击风险,解决了“一拖二”液压斜楔机构无法实现一致联动性的难题,降低了模具制造成本,提升了冲压制件品质。
It elaborated the specific debugging and application of a hydraulic flex cam that can achieve universal stamping in the oblique upward direction of the die for forming the automotive door inner plates.By adjusting the pressure deviation of two power cylinders,the system damping of different oil circuits was overcame.At the same time,the bubbles in the oil circuit of the entire hydraulic system were completely cleared,completely avoiding the risk of hydraulic impact,solv⁃ing the problem of inconsistent linkage of the"one to two"hydraulic flex cam,which reducing the cost of die manufacturing costs and improving the quality of stamped parts.
