烧结Tl_2Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y的弱连接超导电性及其磁通蠕动

Superconductivity and Flux Creep in Weak Links of Sintered Tl_2 Ba_2 Ca_2 Cu_3 O_y

摘要 实验研究了Tl_2Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y块状超导体的低场电磁性质,观察到在20Oe以下磁场中,弱连接超导区具有十分显著的Meissner效应。第一次实验观察到了弱连接超导区中的磁通蠕动,表明了在弱连接超导区也存在着磁通点阵。在100Oe以下磁场,其钉扎势约为0.045~0.075eV. The researches on the electromagnetic properties in low fields for Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Oy sintering bulk superconductor has been made.In the fields below 20Oe, the weak links there exhibit very strinking Meissner effect. We have observed experimentally the flux creep in weak link superconducting region for the first time that represents that there are the flux vortex and vortice lattice. Their pinning Potential U0 is about 0.045eV-0.075eV in field below 100Oe.
