细菌外膜囊泡的研究进展

摘要 细菌外膜囊泡(OMVs)是由革兰氏阴性菌的外膜脱落形成的纳米级球状小泡,内含多种生物活性物质,包括蛋白质、脂质、多糖和核酸等。OMVs在细菌的生理功能及病原性中发挥着关键作用。近年来,关于OMVs的形成机制、提取方法、水平基因转移及物质交换机制的研究取得了显著进展。本文对OMVs不同提取方法及在细菌间基因转移和物质交换中的作用机制进行综述,为新型抗感染疗法提供依据。
