摘要
探讨雷火灸联合中医情志护理治疗肝郁脾虚型胃脘痛的临床疗效。选取60例肝郁脾虚型胃脘痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑联合胶体果胶铋常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用雷火灸及中医情志护理。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、医生报告结局症状量化评分(GSRS)及中医证候积分评估疗效。结果显示,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),在疼痛频率、持续时间和程度评分上优于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候评分中,试验组情志抑郁改善优于对照组(P<0.05),其余中医证候评分组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。研究发现,雷火灸联合中医情志护理可有效提高肝郁脾虚型胃脘痛的临床疗效,在缓解疼痛及改善情志抑郁方面效果显著,体现了中医“形神共调”的优势。
To explore the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with TCM emotional nursing in the treatment of epigastric pain of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.A total of 60 patients with epigastric pain of liver depression and spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy of rabeprazole combined with colloidal bismuth pectin,while the experimental group was additionally given thunder-fire moxibustion and TCM emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS),physician-reported outcome symptom quantification scale(GSRS)and TCM syndrome scores.The results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and it was superior to the control group in terms of pain frequency,duration and degree scores(P<0.05);in TCM syndrome scores,the improvement of emotional depression in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the other TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).The study found that thunder-fire moxibustion combined with TCM emotional nursing can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of epigastric pain of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,with significant effects in relieving pain and improving emotional depression,which reflects the advantage of TCM in“regulating both body and spirit”.
