摘要
目的研究在牙体牙髓病的治疗中采用根管治疗的应用价值。方法选择沭阳县中医院在2018年3月至2020年12月期间收治的50例牙体牙髓病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例,接受一次性根管治疗的小组为观察组,接受多次根管治疗的小组为对照组,将两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组牙齿咬合力大于对照组,观察组出血指数、牙龈指数小于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组炎性因子水平、术后VAS评分低于对照组,观察组用药时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病采用一次性根管治疗的效果优于多次根管治疗。
Objective To study the application value of root canal therapy in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods Fifty patients with dental pulp disease in Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The observation group received one-time root canal therapy,and the control group received multiple root canal therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The bite force of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the bleeding index and gingival index were smaller than those of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the inflammatory factor level and postoperative VAS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the medication duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of one-time root canal therapy is better than multiple root canal therapy for dental pulp disease.
