摘要
目的分析低龄唇腭裂患儿围手术期护理需求,探析康复理念指导下的围手术期护理干预的价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月我院收治的234例低龄唇腭裂患儿为研究对象,临床均接受手术治疗,将其随机分为对照组(117例,常规护理)与观察组(117例,加速康复理念指导下进行围手术期护理干预),并对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理配合度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在低龄唇腭裂患儿手术治疗期间实施加速康复理念指导下的围手术期护理干预,可以提高护理配合度,缩短术后康复时间,降低手术并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,护理效果显著,临床推广价值高。
Objective Analyze the perioperative nursing needs of young children with cleft lip and palate,and explore the value of perioperative nursing interventions guided by rehabilitation.Methods 234 young children with cleft lip and palate admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent surgical treatment clinically.The random grouping method was used to divide the patients into a control group(117 cases,with routine care)and an observation group(117 cases,with perioperative nursing interventions guided by accelerated rehabilitation).Compared nursing effects of two groups.Results The nursing cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing perioperative nursing intervention guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation during the surgical treatment of young children with cleft lip and palate can improve nursing cooperation,shorten postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of surgical complications,improve nursing satisfaction,achieve significant nursing effects,and have high clinical promotion value.
