摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探析中药治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎(RA)的组方规律,为中药治疗寒湿痹阻型RA提供参考。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed等文献数据库,以及中草药、中药方剂等中医古籍数据库,收集中药治疗寒湿痹阻型RA的临床研究资料,筛选数据并建立文献数据库。运用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 27.0对数据库进行用药频次、药物功效分类、四气五味归经、关联规则及聚类分析,探析口服中药治疗寒湿痹阻型RA的用药规律。结果:该研究共收集到中药处方344首,其中使用单味中药206种,频次3805次,频次最高的是白芍、桂枝、当归;药物功效分类以补虚药、解表药、祛风湿药为主,药物四气以温性、平性为主,药物五味以辛味、甘味为主,主归肝经、脾经;前20种高频次药物关联规则分析得到11组常用药对、12项药物关联组合,聚类分析得到3个新药物组方。结论:研究表明,寒湿痹阻型RA的组方用药以补益药为主,配以解表药、祛风湿药等,达到扶正祛邪、祛风通络的效果。
Objective:To explore the formula-making rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of cold-dampness blockage type based on data mining technology,to provide basis and ideas for the treatment of RA of cold-dampness blockage type with TCM.Methods:By searching literature databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang,VIP,and PubMed,as well as TCM ancient book databases of Chinese herbal medicines and TCM prescriptions,clinical research data on the treatment of RA of cold-dampness blockage type with TCM were collected.The data were screened to establish a literature database.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used to analyze the database,including medication frequency,classification of drug efficacy,four properties,five flavors,and meridian tropism,association rules,and cluster analysis,to explore the medication rules of oral TCM in the treatment of RA of cold-dampness blockage type.Results:A total of 344 TCM prescriptions were collected in this study,among which 206 single-flavor Chinese materia medica were used with a total frequency of 3805 times.The medicine with the highest frequency were Paeonia lactiflora,Cinnamomum cassia,and Chinese Angelica Root.In terms of drug efficacy classification,tonic medicines,relieving superficial medicines,and antirheumatics were the main ones.The four properties of the drugs were mainly warm and neutral,and the five flavors were mainly spicy and sweet,with the main meridian tropisms being the liver meridian and the spleen meridian.Through the association rule analysis of the top 20 high-frequency drugs,11 commonly used medicine pairs and 12 drug association combinations were obtained.Three new drug formulas were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion:The study shows that the formula-making and medication for RA of cold-dampness blockage type mainly focus on tonics,combined with relieving superficies medicines and antirheumatics to achieve the effects of supporting healthy energy to eliminate pathogenic factors and dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians.
