摘要
目的探讨针灸结合六神消积汤对小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的影响。方法选取2021年3月~2023年3月在我院儿科住院的84例FD患儿,根据数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组患儿口服予多潘立酮混悬液,研究组患儿采用针灸结合六神消积汤治疗。两组连续治疗四周。评价两组患儿治疗后的临床症状,记录临床症状消失时间及胃电图(EGG)。比较临床疗效以及血清中NO和5-HT水平,记录不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患儿症状评分均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患儿食欲减退、食量减少、脘腹胀、少气懒言、面色少华等症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组胃窦与胃体AP、FP、正常慢波比率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组临床总有效率(90.48%)显著高于对照组(73.81%);治疗前,两组患儿5-HT、NO水平均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿血清5-HT、NO水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应总发生率为7.14%,对照组不良反应总发生率为11.90%,两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺结合中药治疗能改善FD患儿的各种临床症状,协调FD患儿血清5-HT和NO水平,可以作为儿童患者良好的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with six-shen digestion-promoting decoction on functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods A total of 84 FD children hospitalized in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the digital table method.The control group was given oral domperidone suspension,and the study group was treated with six-shen digestion-promoting decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were evaluated after treatment,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and electrogastrogram(EGG)were recorded.Clinical efficacy and serum levels of NO and 5-HT were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group showed significantly lower scores for symptoms such as reduced appetite,decreased food intake,abdominal distension,shortness of breath,laziness in speech,and pallor compared to the control group(P<0.05).The time it took for symptoms to disappear was also significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The AP,FP,and normal slow wave ratios in the antrum and body of the stomach were significantly higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical effectiveness rate in the study group(90.48%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.81%).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in 5-HT and NO levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum 5-HT and NO levels were significantly lower in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing a significantly lower level compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.14%,while in the control group it was 11.90%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of children with FD,coordinate the levels of serum 5-HT and NO in children with FD,and can be a good treatment plan for children with FD.
