摘要
目的观察口腔正畸联合种植修复疗法在提升牙列缺损伴牙[牙合]畸形患者咀嚼功能、临床效果上应用价值。方法选择2020年1月至2020年4月我院收治的112例牙列缺损伴牙[牙合]畸形患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组患者实施种植修复疗法,观察组患者实施口腔正畸联合种植修复方案,对比两组患者治疗前后的相关指标、牙齿美学效果、牙齿功能相关指标、不良反应发生情况以及生活质量等。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的相关指标的数值较优,牙齿美学效果较佳,牙齿功能相关指标得分较高,不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损伴牙[牙合]畸形患者经过口腔正畸与种植修复的联合治疗后,咀嚼功能得以提升,临床效果显著。
Objective To observe the application value of orthodontics combined with planting repair in improving the masticatory function and clinical effect of patients with dentition defect with dentomandibular deformity.Methods A total of 112 patients with dentition defect with dentomandibular deformity treated in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2020 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given planting repair program,while the observation groupr was given orthodontic combined planting repair program.The difference of relevant indicators,dental aesthetic effect,dental function related indicators,adverse reactions and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the difference of relevant indicators in the observation group after treatment was better,the aesthetic effect of teeth was better,the scores of relevant indicators of dental function were higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The masticatory function of patients with dentition defect with dentomandibular deformity can be improved after the combined treatment of orthodontics and planting repair.And the clinical effect is remarkable.
