摘要
山西省技术经理人人才队伍培育由国家技术转移人才培养基地(山西)主持开展,2019年以来已培育1500余人次。本文围绕建设山西省技术经理人服务平台,打通科技创新需求方和服务方的通道,通过建设平台的5大核心数据库,充分发挥技术经理人在科技创新中的服务支撑作用,为山西资源型经济转型提供创新支撑,促进新质生产力加速发展。
The cultivation of the technical manager talent team in Shanxi Province is led by the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base(Shanxi).Since 2019,nearly 1500 people have been cultivated.This paper focuses on the construction of a technology manager service platform in Shanxi Province,connecting the channels between technology innovation demanders and service providers.Through the construction of the platform's five core databases,the service support role of technology managers in technology innovation is fully utilized,providing an innovation support for the transformation of Shanxi's resource-based economy and promoting the accelerated development of new quality productivity.
