重复经颅磁刺激联合注意力训练治疗精神分裂症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Attention Training in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

摘要 探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合注意力训练治疗精神分裂症(SCZ)的临床效果。回顾性纳入2024年1月-2024年12月苏州市广济医院收治的160例SCZ患者,分为联合组(rTMS+注意力训练,n=80)和常规组(药物治疗+注意力训练,n=80)。比较两组症状严重程度[采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估]、注意力[采用持续性操作测验(CPT)评估]、再住院率及生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估]。结果显示,治疗后,联合组PANSS评分显著低于常规组,CPT正确数显著高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组再住院率显著低于常规组,SF-36评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,rTMS联合注意力训练可协同改善SCZ患者的精神症状和注意力缺陷,降低复发风险,提升生活质量。 To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with attention training in the treatment of schizophrenia(SCZ).A total of 160 SCZ patients admitted to Suzhou Guangji Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were retrospectively included and divided into the combination group(rTMS+attention training,n=80)and the routine group(pharmacotherapy+attention training,n=80).The symptom severity[assessed by Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)],attention[assessed by Continuous Performance Test(CPT)],readmission rate,and quality of life[assessed by Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after treatment,the PANSS score of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the routine group,and the correct number of CPT was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The readmission rate of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the routine group,and the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).It is concluded that rTMS combined with attention training can synergistically improve mental symptoms and attention deficits in SCZ patients,reduce the risk of recurrence,and improve the quality of life.
