摘要
探讨伤口造口护理小组对临床压力性损伤预防的价值。选取2021年3月-2024年4月收治的80例高风险压力性损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用伤口造口护理小组干预。比较两组心理状态、压力性损伤发生率、生活质量及护理质量。结果显示,干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组压力性损伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组健康状况调查问卷简表(SF-36)评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在临床压力性损伤预防实践中,伤口造口护理小组模式能有效改善患者心理状态,降低压力性损伤发生率,提升生活质量和护理服务质量。
To explore the value of wound and stoma nursing team in clinical pressure injury prevention.A total of 80 patients at high risk of pressure injury admitted from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=40,intervention by wound and stoma nursing team)by random number table method.Psychological status,incidence of pressure injury,quality of life,and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results showed that after intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Short Form 36-Item Health Survey(SF-36)in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that in the practice of clinical pressure injury prevention,the wound and stoma nursing team model can effectively improve patients'psychological status,reduce the incidence of pressure injury,and enhance the quality of life and nursing service.
