摘要
探讨热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法在C型根管充填中的临床效果。选取2023年1月-2024年12月南通市口腔医院收治的58例行C型根管充填治疗的牙髓炎患者进行回顾性分析,分为观察组(n=29,运用iRoot SP冷侧压法)和对照组(n=29,运用热牙胶垂直加压法)。比较两组的干预效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、龈沟出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PL)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,iRoot SP冷侧压技术在C型根管充填手术治疗牙髓炎中疗效显著,能够减轻患者疼痛感,降低龈沟液中炎症因子水平,改善牙周健康指标,并降低不良反应和复发概率。
To explore the clinical effects of vertical compression with hot tooth glue and cold lateral compression with iRoot SP in C-type root canal filling.A retrospective analysis was conducted on 58 patients with pulpitis treated with C-type root canal filling at Nantong Stomatological Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.They were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=29,using iRoot SP cold lateral pressure method)and a control group(n=29,using hot gum vertical pressure method).Compare the intervention effects of two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group had significantly lower pain score(NRS),gingival bleeding index(BI),gingival index(GI),and plaque index(PL)compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that iRoot SP cold lateral pressure technology has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of pulpitis during C-type root canal filling surgery.It can reduce patient pain,lower levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,improve periodontal health indicators,and lower the probability of adverse reactions and recurrence.
