摘要
在“双碳”目标政策的推动下,为了实现低碳排放的目标,传统客车行业需要迫切向新能源客车进行转型。然而,这一转型过程会对企业的发展带来诸多挑战。基于此,选取了客车行业中具有代表性的企业ZT客车企业作为研究对象,对其财务数据进行了分析,结合客车行业发展,运用Z-score模型对其破产风险等级进行评估。通过评估结果总结了“双碳”目标背景下整个客车行业发展所面临的问题,并据此提出了针对性的建议,旨在为客车行业的健康可持续发展提供有益的参考。
Driven by the"double carbon"policy,in order to achieve the goal of low carbon emissions,the traditional bus industry needs to urgently transform to new energy buses.However,this transformation process will bring many challenges to the development of enterprises.This paper selects ZT bus,a representative enterprise in the bus industry,as the research object,firstly analyzes its financial data,and then uses the Z-score model to evaluate its bankruptcy risk level in combination with the development of the bus industry.Through the evaluation results,the problems faced by the development of the entire bus industry under the background of"double carbon"are further summarized,and targeted suggestions are put forward accordingly,aiming to provide a useful reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the bus industry.
