摘要
当前,高龄骨科手术的围术期麻醉管理需在维持血流动力学稳定、保护器官功能的基础上,实现术后快速康复。右美托咪定通过“镇静-镇痛-器官保护”三位一体机制,可显著提高高龄骨科麻醉的围术期管理质量。文章首先概述了高龄骨科手术麻醉的特点与要求,总结了右美托咪定的作用机制与特点,分析了右美托咪定在高龄骨科手术中的临床应用优势,并明确了右美托咪定在高龄骨科手术麻醉中的不足与改善对策。
Currently,perioperative anesthesia management for elderly orthopedic surgery requires maintaining hemodynamic stability and protecting organ function while achieving rapid postoperative recovery.Dexmedetomidine can significantly improve the perioperative management quality of elderly orthopedic anesthesia through the three in one mechanism of"sedation analgesia organ protection".The article first outlines the characteristics and requirements of anesthesia for elderly orthopedic surgery,summarizes the mechanism and characteristics of dexmedetomidine,analyzes the clinical advantages of dexmedetomidine in elderly orthopedic surgery,and clarifies the shortcomings and improvement strategies of dexmedetomidine in elderly orthopedic surgery anesthesia.
