摘要
针对对偶犹豫模糊环境下多属性决策问题,提出了融合犹豫度的改进距离测度及决策方法.首先,针对对偶犹豫模糊集的定义与传统距离测度公式的不足,提出了新的对偶犹豫模糊集犹豫度概念,将其融入距离测度,构建出融入犹豫度的改进距离测度;新测度从两个信息维度衡量距离偏差并通过组合系数进行优化.其次,将融入犹豫度的距离测度用于TOPSIS决策,建立对应决策算法.最后,采用航空公司服务质量评价应用案例进行距离计算、决策制定、参数分析和方法比较.结果表明,改进距离测度能有效区分方案差异;与现有方法对比,新方法通过融入犹豫度减少了信息失真,验证了其在复杂模糊决策中的合理性与实用性,解决了传统对偶犹豫模糊距离测度忽略犹豫度的问题,显著提升了多属性决策的准确性与稳定性.
Aiming at multi-atribute decision-making problems in a dual hesitant fuzzy environment,this paper proposes an improved distance measure and decision-making method that incorporates the hesitaney degree.Firstly,in response to the defciencies in the definition of dual hesitant fuzzy sets and traditional distance measure formulas,a new concept of hesitancy degree for dual hesitant fuzzy sets was introduced.This concept was integrated into the distance measure to construct an improved distance measure that incorporated the hesitancy degree.The new measure evaluated distance deviations from two information dimensions and optimized them through a combination coefficient.Furthermore,the distance measure incorporating the hesitation degree was utilized to the TOPSIS decision,and the decision algorithm was acquired.Finally,the applied example of airline service quality evaluation was adopted for distance calculation,decision making,parameter analysis and method contrast.The results show that the improved distance measure effectively distinguished between alternatives.Compared with existing methods,the new approach reduced information distortion by incorporating the hesitancy degree,and validated its rationality and practicality in complex fuzzy decision-making.This approach addresses the issue of traditional dual hesitant fuzzy distance measures neglecting the hesitancy degree,thereby enhancing the accuracy and stability of multi-attribute decision-making.
