摘要
在智慧医院建设与人工智能发展的背景下,“AI+智慧医疗”已成为推动医院数智化转型的核心引擎。为推动智慧医院从单系统智能化向全域数智化转型,文章阐述了我院信息化建设现状,提出融合我院现有信息平台的“4+X”架构体系,以实现AI能力的集约化建设;并从智能健康助手、智慧MDT(多学科协作)系统两个场景,分析了该架构的应用成效。结果表明,该方案提供了可复用的技术路径,对医院数智化建设具有一定参考价值。
Under the background of the construction of smart hospitals and the development of Artificial Intelligence,“AI+smart healthcare”has become the core engine to promote the transformation of hospital digital intelligence.In order to promote the transformation of smart hospitals from single-system intelligence to global digital intelligence,this paper expounds the current situation of information construction in our hospital,and proposes a“4+X”architecture system that integrates the existing information platform of our hospital to realize the intensive construction of AI capabilities.From the two scenarios of intelligent health assistant and intelligent MDT(Multi-Disciplinary Team)system,the application effect of the architecture is analyzed.The results show that the scheme provides a reusable technical path and has certain reference value for the construction of hospital digital intelligence.
